Season 7 of THE
GAME kicks off with the retirement of Jason's (Coby Bell) Sabers
jersey and a crisis that threatens to jeopardize the legacy of the
future Hall of Famer. This season, fans will watch as Jason continues to
maneuver the pressures of his marriage to Chardonnay (Brandy Norwood),
while figuring out how to deal with the return of his ex-wife, Kelly
(Brittany Daniel). Tasha faces a personal life changing moment that
leaves her reeling, while Malik struggles to overcome a potential career
ending injury. And the newbies, Keira (Lauren London) and Blue (Jay
Ellis), continue to make rookie mistakes on and off the field.
Everything comes to a head for Sabers devotees as the end of the season
builds to an unforgettable conclusion.
Additionally, cable television's favorite couples are back in the fourth
season of LET'S
STAY TOGETHER! Kicking off yet another exciting adventure in
love and marriage, LET'S
STAY TOGETHER redefines what modern black love looks like and
what it truly takes to stay together. In the season premiere, Jamal
(RonReaco Lee) is following his political dreams and running for city
council however his opponent Blanche Taylor (Ericka Alexander) begins a
smear campaign against him, but Tasha (Joyful Drake) and Charles (Bert
Belasco) help him fight back. And while Tasha's (Joyful Drake) baby
boutique is booming, she finds it's not as easy as she imagined when she
unwittingly hires a manufacturer with a questionable work ethic to sew
her designs. Meanwhile, Crystal (Kyla Pratt) is still going through with
her "fake" wedding to Darkanian (Tony Bravado) as she continues to keep
his secret. And to solidify their "love" Crystal decides to get a
tattoo, while Kita (Erica Hubbard) and Stacy (Nadine Ellis) consider
getting inked as well to show off their wild sides. Even when things
don't always go their way, the gang still finds that love is all they
need to stay together. Additionally, the new season features guest
appearances by Erika Alexander, Jason Weaver, Big Boi, Daphne Maxwell
Reid, Kym Whitley and Christian Keyes.
THE
GAME is a half hour comedy that takes a behind-the-scenes look
at the "dysfunctional" football family of the San Diego Sabers, as they
navigate fame, relationships and the pressures of professional football. THE
GAME is executive produced by Mara Brock Akil, Salim Akil, Kenny
Smith, Erica Montolfo-Buro and Kelsey Grammer.
LET'S
STAY TOGETHER was created by Jacque Edmonds Cofer. Jacque is
