Paramount's Board of Directors has unanimously recommended that "Paramount's stockholders accept the revised tender offer by Viacom Inc. and tender their shares pursuant to that offer and reject the revised QVC tender offer by not tendering any shares to QVC." Furthermore, the Board urged all stockholders to tender their shares by midnight, February 14th.
